Classic Deviled Eggs Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Smoked Paprika
Directions:
Place eggs in a saucepan with enough water to cover them. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Continue to boil for 15 minutes until the eggs are cooked through. Remove the shells and slice eggs in half. Remove the yolks and place in a small bowl. Add the mayo and mustard and stir together with a fork or whisk until smooth. Add more mayo, mustard, or salt according to your taste if needed. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into each egg half. Sprinkle with paprika.

2 Tablespoons Avocado
Salt to Taste
¼ Cup Roasted Bell Pepper, Chopped Small
Chili Powder
Directions:

Remove the shells and slice eggs in half. Remove the yolks and place in a small bowl. Add the avocado and mix using a fork or whisk until smooth. Add salt to taste if needed. Stir in the chopped bell pepper. Spoon yolk mixture into each egg half. Top with chili powder.
