Simple Oat & Fruit Energy Balls No-Bake Recipe

Learn how to make simple and quick fruit & oat energy balls for a healthy snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Cup Honey (80ml)
  • ½ Cup Chunky Peanut Butter (128g)
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (1.5g)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt (1.5g)
  • 1-½ Cups Uncooked Quick-Cooking Oats (135g)
  • ½ Cup Dried Fruit (60g)

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine the honey, peanut butter, cinnamon, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, only until the peanut butter melts (liquefies). Remove from heat. Let cool 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the oats and dried fruit. Add the peanut butter mixture and stir together until well combined. Cool about 3 minutes. Using a tablespoon measure and your hands, shape the mixture into 1-2 inch balls. Place balls on a parchment lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
