Steak Fajitas Recipe | Easy Dinner Recipes
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (30ml)
½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin (1g)
½ Teaspoon Salt (3g)
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika (2g)
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (0.32g)
16 oz. Bell Peppers, Sliced (453g)
1 Cup Yellow Onion, Chopped (160g)
12 oz. Fajita Steak (Thinly Sliced Steak) (340g)
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the oil, cumin, salt, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine. In another bowl, combine the bell peppers and onion. Pour half of the sauce onto the vegetables and toss to coat completely. Place vegetables on a parchment lined baking sheet. Broil for about 10 minutes or until tender.
Add the steak to the sauce and toss to coat completely. Remove the baking sheet from oven, move the vegetables to the side and add the steak to the center of the pan. Broil again for 3 to 5 minutes or until the steak reaches the desired degree of doneness. Serve warm.
