Peach Blackberry Crumble | Slow Cooker Recipes

Learn how to make a crumble dessert with fresh peaches and blackberries using a slow cooker.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats (80g)

  • ¾ Cup Whole Wheat Flour (90g)

  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon (6g)

  • ½ Teaspoon All Spice (1g)

  • ½ Teaspoon Salt (6g)

  • ½ Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar (96g)

  • ½ Cup Melted Butter (120ml)

  • 2 Lbs. Peaches, Sliced Into 1 in. Pieces (453g)

  • 6 oz. Blackberries (170g)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together oats, flour, cinnamon, all spice, salt, and sugar. Stir in the butter. Coat a 4-5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place peaches, blackberries, and the oat mixture except for 1 cup, in the slow cooker. Stir together. Top with the remaining one cup of oat mixture. Cook on low for 3 hours or until bubbly and the fruit has softened.
