No-Bake Oreo Pie Recipe | How To Make an Oreo Pie
To beat the Summer heat, this week I am sharing a delicious No-Bake Oreo Pie recipe. This pie is made with an Oreo cookie crust and a cream cheese and Oreo cookie filling. Double the goodness to make your taste buds dance!
Oreo cookies are one of my favorite cookies which is why finding this recipe made me so happy! Its creaminess and crunchy crust go perfect together and remind me a lot of cookies n’ cream ice cream. Another reason why this Oreo Pie is a great dessert to eat during the Summer. Not to mention that it is very easy to make and has a short ingredients list.
Ingredients:
10 whole Oreo cookies (with filling)
24 whole Oreo cookies (without filling)
5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted (75ml)
8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened (240g)
1/3 Cup Sugar (63g)
2 Cups Cool Whip Topping (Whipped Cream)(120g)
Directions:
Crush the 24 Oreo cookies to form fine crumbs. Mix melted butter into the crumbs well. Press onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Roughly chop the 10 remaining Oreo cookies, set aside. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed, until light and fluffy. Add chopped Oreos and Cool Whip. Gently fold together.
Pour filling onto pie crust and smooth out. Option to decorate top of pie with more Oreos. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
