DIY Easy Christmas Tree Decorations Tutorial
Learn how to make some very easy and budget friendly Christmas decorations to decorate your tree with this Winter. 🎄
Materials:
Clear Plastic Ornaments
Christmas Miniatures
Artificial Snow or Cotton Balls
Floral Decor
White Acrylic Paint
Paint Brush
Scissors
Glue
Cardinal Decoration:
Open up the ornament and paint small dots on the inside to resemble snow. Next, lightly paint the tops of any flowers or branches being used to look like they are topped with snow. Once the paint is dry, carefully fill the ornament with the flowers, sticks, or seed pods you are using. Close the ornament. Lastly, apply a bit of glue at the bottom of a cardinal decoration and attach it to the side and near the top of the ornament. Let dry completely before hanging.
Forest Decoration:
Open the ornament. Carefully fill it with small pine branches. Arrange them so that they go up the sides of the ornament forming a little cave. Add a few red leaves to the side of the ornament that is clear and visible. Lastly, add a couple of miniature mushrooms and nestle them at the center of the pine branches. (You can also use other small decorations like bird eggs or animals.) Close the ornament.
Christmas Scene:
Open the ornament and apply a bit of glue to the base. Attach a small patch of artificial snow or cotton balls to it. Next, attach any Christmas miniatures you are using to the snow and in any arrangement you wish. (I am using a Christmas tree and two tiny snowmen.) Paint small dots again, to resemble snow, starting at the top and going down the sides of the ornament. Let dry, then put the ornament together.
