My favorite season is finally here! I have already started filling my house with cozy Autumn colors and decorations to celebrate. And the one decoration that hangs proudly at my door is my burlap wreath that I made recently. Last year I made a wreath that centered around all the natural beauty of Fall: the orange leaves, pine cones, berry branches, and twisting vines. However, this time I discovered a very beautiful and classy way of making a wreath using burlap.
I had previously seen many wreaths like this while browsing the internet for ideas, but I always thought they may be a bit too complicated to make. To my surprise, after going through several tutorials, I discovered a very easy way to make a burlap wreath with beautiful ruffles.
It really didn’t take me very long to put it together. And after adding a few Autumn inspired decorations to it, I was left with what has become my favorite piece of decor in my house at the moment.
- Wire Wreath Frame – 16in. (40.64cm)
- 2 Burlap Ribbon Rolls in Red/Burgundy – 5.5in. x 15ft (13.97cm x 4.57meters) Each
- 2 Fall Decorative Branches
- 3 Fall Decorations (Small, Medium, & Large Sizes) *I used a sunflower and 2 pumpkins.
