This week I was requested to make a banana smoothie tutorial, so here’s a very quick video for you all. I didn’t actually come up with this recipe, my grandma did! She used to make this for me all the time when I was little. It was a breakfast substitute for when I didn’t want to eat anything, so she would always put an egg in it and I continue to drink it this way still. Of course, if a raw egg frightens you (or grosses you out) you are free to change it to anything else, maybe some strawberries for example. 🙂
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.~ Enjoy!
*This recipe makes two 1 cup servings. (Although I always drink the whole thing by myself 😛 )
