- 1 Lb. Asparagus (454g)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (15ml)
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (0.5g)
- Pinch of Salt
- Wash and dry asparagus. Snap off the dry ends of each. On a plate or bowl, drizzle the asparagus with olive oil. Add the garlic, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat.
